[Ebay]Scam - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides

Hello to all mmowned users,this is my first thread so go easy,this is a ebay scam that i just pulled of,it took some time to make sure it works and it did.It might sound risky but imo its not!(its not because the seller cant find out if the item you bought has arrived,you will understand what im talking about if you read the whole post)
Ok so lets get down to what you need:
#1-A lot of patient(and i mean a lot,cause most of you wont have that patient)
#2-Some starting cash,say 50$ is enough(even less might work)
So now the scamming part:
-=Make a e-bay account,a real one,with ur real name adress etc.(you will need this for the scam),i used ebay.co.uk cause im from europe

=-
-=Now go on and search whatever your looking for that is in your budget and buy it,fill in all necessary info with your real information,i bought the Burning Crusade Expansion=-
-=Now,after you have ordered it send a email to the seller asking them politely when will *whatever you bought* arrive at the given adress,they should reply in about a few hours with the information=-
-=Here comes the patient part,wait until the seller said the bought item would arrive,in the same day email the seller and tell him it didnt arrive just yet and he should go check with the post office(i had a bit of luck on this part because the post office lost my game),if he tells you that i will arrive,wait a few more days then mail him back and tell him that you have checked with the post office and they told you that it has been lost and politely ask him to send you another item,he will probably do that.
-=So,again wait for the designated date,if it still didnt arrive wait a few more days,if it eventualy arrives email him and tell him it didnt arrive and you want a refund=-
-=Now that you have your money back and your item go spend the cash on whatever you want=-
NOTE:This might not work on shoes,clothes or anything that cant be resent!

Well it actualy depends on what your buying,if your buying cd's or something like that the chances are that it will work,just trying to contribute with my finding

Could work, but I think those profession sellers know what their doing, so scamming them would be foolish.
Besides, the only thing I want (if I could) would be a Guitar Hero box with everything included :P
