[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
I would like to share the method I am using when I'm scamming people with the classic Wrath of The Lich King beta scam.
You may say this is a repost, and yeah, parts of it might be, but over all it's not a repost, so please STFU about that!
Oh, and it's been a while since I posted a scam, and I might be a little rusty lol but bare with me.
So, here we go. There are a few requirements as always;
1. More IQ than a rabbit
2. Proper and professional english (not like plz, w8, u, d00d 1337 man imba kewl, I'll tell more later)
3. MSN
4. A WotLK phish (Step 1.)
DESCRIPTION::::
What is this? This is, as mentioned, the classic Wrath of the lich king beta scam. You can do this in a lot of ways,
but I will be showing one with a few extra touches You will talk to people on msn, convince them, send an email, and have them
signup on your phish ;]
Let's get started.
Step #1 - Preparing yourself for this scam.
Go to this thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
He will show you how to send the email later, and setting up your phish!
I will NOT go in to details like uploading the files to an FTP or something (IN THIS TUTORIAL), maybe later in another.

Step #2 - Making a nice-looking email
Head off to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and go the signup page.
When you are at the place where you enter all information, type this in your address bar and press enter:

If everything is okay, you will see a little window that says "Step 1 almost completed".
(Don't **** with the emails, some won't work and you will get pretty confused)
Now choose an email of your choice, and fill in the other boxes as well.
Make sure your first name is "Blizzard" and your last name "Entertainment".
Done.
Step #3 - Adding people and convince them
Login to your new msn with the address you made. (NOTE IT WON'T WORK AS AN EMAIL).
Change your display picture to the Wrath of the Lich King logo or something cool.
Go to some site with alot of people that sell/buy/trade accounts. Add them on msn and wait for them to login.
Do NOT add retired players that sell their accounts. They will probably be like "oh, awe..sum..".
Wait for people to accept you.
Start talking to people, one by one. Do NOT talk to more than 2 people at a time, you will screw it up, trust me.
Start like this:
Hello, sir. May I talk to you for a second? Yes I am (some random name), from Blizzard Entertainments beta team, Philadelphia. Ok You are one of our random picked beta participants, congratulations! OMG SERIOUSLY? (mostly, but if they're some kinda 1337 anti-scammers they'll go "**** off" or just block you) Do you agree to join? yes yes yes Great! I will send you an email with your signup details. Please read it through very carefully. ok
Do what is told in step 1.
Continue;
Sir, I have sent you the e-mail. Please check your spam-box as well. If you have any problems, feel free to ask me. ok
Then answer all questions,
Chatting tips:
- Talk professional. Use "sir" alot, and big I.
Example of a bad sentence: hi man i am from blizard u join wotlk beta? plz
Example of a good sentence: Greetings, sir. May I talk to you for a second?
- Don't be a noob scammer
Example: i need ur password dude
- Don't seem like you're in a hurry
Example: fast plz dude i soon need go ban sum ppl lolz
Sorry for the stupid examples. lol.
Step 4# - Collecting the information, changing information and making the account YOUR account!
Once you have got an account, try to see if his/her account password is the same to his e-mail. If so,
change the e-mail, and the password right away. If not, here are some ways to get him to change the e-mail, or
to get the password.
1. Tell him that you need to scan his inbox for malware that might damage the beta servers.
2. Tell him to change the e-mail to the e-mail you scammed with, because that will instantly turn his account in to a WotLK beta account.
3. Try to get his secret question answer if he's got hotmail. You can add him with another e-mail and pretend that you know him.
Simply talk a bit, and you could probably share all kind of information with him that leads to the answer. Then you can just
use the address that you got in the phish to get the zip code

Remember, patient is the key, ALWAYS while scamming.

If you tried @blizzard.com, it just won't work. But if you saw a yellow little box with some text that basically says blabla you're using something else than hotmail, then everything is alright. Try to login, it should work.
