Hey, First of all I didnt make the template myself (forgot who did, but if it's you feel free to pm me and I'll add it) however I do have made some changes to it so it look way more believable.

and toedion, use this website to send HTML e-mails, you can also make it seem like its being send from ANY e-mail AND you can attach whatever file you want

But about uploading to Imageshack, I can't do that since it is not a picture and I can't take screenshot from the website nor email because it doesn't fit on the screen.
