OK, This is really simple, but all you have to do is go out and buy a Simon Malls gift card, a gift card credit card thing that you can usually buy at the mall. Buy one with a balance of 25 or 30 dollars and then you can spend your money, if you want. But, then try a character transfer or name change with your used, gift card-credit card and it will work! Only transfer one character at a time though. With one 25 dollar card, I have sucessfully transfered 3 characters AND when I tried to transfer two characters, I was able to duplicate my 26 rogue, however about a month later (I dont know how, he was Locked and I just never used him again. Anyways, Really the SIMON MALLS GIFT CARDS act as credit cards and do work! Easily scam cheap old Blizzard, WoW should be free if you have a level 70!

ummm... i dont think this is actually FREE, you still have to buy the gift card thing you just dont have to put a credit card that is linked to you for the PCT, i was gonna do this and try to transfer a 70 i scammed but i just gotta buy one of these thingies

I doubt you actually bought one with 25 dollars on it, the thing is that you can use the card as many times as you want.

I have a question about this. How does this actually work, I mean, if you choose to pay for example with Visa, can you use the Simon Mall card to act like a visa card on it's own or can the Simon Mall card be used for every credit card like?

EDIT: Include that the Simon Mall card ONLY works if you actually OWN a VISA or MASTERCARD. They need that to verify, at least, if you buy it on the internet you need to include that. So for people like me who live in Netherland, this won't work unless you have a Visa/Mastercard on your OWN. We don't have something like Simon Mall here so.
Unless, can you buy one for me and I will pay you $25,- back via Paypal considering Blizzard won't allow paypal payments for my transfer...
