BEFORE YOU COMMENT.. please read the whole thing... and by the way, its a scam to get gold off of someones account, not the account itself, please dont say "they can always get their account back from secret question nub"
Ok this is an old scam that I have improved on, [conversations improved, more convincing and such]
First of all, open up 2 World of Warcraft games, log in on one, [the account you want to scam with, aka a trial account or account you dont care about getting banned]
You will also need a friend to come along to make it more convincing.
leave the other WoW on the log in screen.
also open up Worldofwarcraft.com, and get on the account login screen
[this will help a lot later]
ok, go to a noob area with a high population, AKA, kharanos, sentinel hill, goldshire, etc.
You and your friend go where the noobs are dueling/talking or whatever, its pretty easy to find a place. Ask your friend this:
You: Hey, Whats your player Damage And Dodge rating?
Your friend: uhh I forgot, how do you check?
You: /dnd [your account name] [your password]
Your friend: ooh, its 1543 Damage, 456 dodge, whats yours?
You: 1458 Damage 324 dodge =/ you beat me.
Now, look for all the people around you, and whoever has <dnd> before there name [it may take a while] whisper them with just a .
now it should say
[player] is DnD: accountname, password
write it down quick. then log onto the warcraft website [should have it preprepared] and change their password.
quickly, go to the 2nd WoW window you opened and log on to DC them. Check for any high levels, if they have a 70, go on them quickly. Now have one of your bank character parked at the AH with a few trash items, and about 1-2g
look around on their 70, check for enchanting mats, rare items, ore, primals, etc.
if anything is of worth and can be sold on the AH, keep it, the rest of their stuff, vendor it.. dont forget to take off their bags, and sell them, its a good 5-10g... now take your character thats at the AH, and put up a trash item for however much gold you have just scammed, lets say it is 100, now buy it out on the person you scammed. Then, [this takes you being very quick] put all the valuable items on the Ah, for a really low amount of gold, like a primal fire for 1 copper... right when you click create auction search primal fire on your bank character, buy it out... im positive you wont lose it if you click them right after one another. Now go pick up all the Auctions/ money from the mailbox, send them to your main, delete your character, and make a new one with the same name. This prevents all possible ways of getting banned, its not necessary to delete and make a new char with same name, but it helps and makes me feel safe.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU FLAME:
yes, this is an old scam, the dnd trick, but i have tried to explain it in more detail with more convincing language and tactics. Now, I scammed about 4 accounts with this so far, and got about 1200g total... 2 accounts had only low levels, and all their vendored gear/stuff totalled to about 100g... but i made big money on one account that had a 70 and 62 mage on it, i sold everything and it looked as if the 70 had been grinding [had 5 primal fires 2 primal airs, and a bunch of ores/bars] and i made around 900g off of him.
this scam is easy to do, and a lot of times, you'll get much more than expected...
READ THIS: dont tell me "this scam will never get you any gold, only noobs falll for it]
many times i have found that parents that have high levels often let their kids make characters on their account. these naive little kids wanting to know thier players Damage And Dodge rating, will unexpectedly fall for it. If someone around you rats you out like "dont do it hes trying to scam you" just log off and try it at a different zone, or time.
good luck with this, after a few times you'll probably get a good amount of gold depending on your luck with the characters on the account.
Happy Scamming
