You can change the secret question np , the problem i encountered is that the representative asked me which email is on the account atm and i dont have a darn clue , guess i have to wait 15 days until they actually reply to my mail.

why its needed to ask them to resset password if you got sq/a you can go to retrive password page at blizzard and you get emailed new password when you answer for question

Yes but if the person u call isn't idiot u get raped..... . Seriously by PHone Number they can get all.... so i wouldn't do this, just do like in my guide with a nice ip hider.
Just go on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

It works my friend called them, they asked for name and secret answer, and he got the account.
