The Perfect Account Scam

After using [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] by Nolixz I saw a way to make it faster, but potentially less effective.

Onto the scam:

1. Create a trial account [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]/[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Use fake info, except for the mail, that you have access to.
**Remember this info! Dont use obvious SA!**

Keep a window open with the account management
Open a window/tab with this page: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]/[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

2. Find a trader, and show character ingame

3. When you are sure you are trading, tell him that you would like to se this method:


0. Use the Wakko93 scam (optional)

1. You change emails
2. You trade Usernames
3. You go to Recover password, and put in the others username
4. You write something in the SA slot, and use the email slot to check if the email has been changed
5. You trade CD-Keys (optional step, make up one)
6. You trade SA
7. Win

How is this less effective?
- The way i see it, its because you won't give him confirmation that your account is real

Why did you post this then?
- I came up with this when a guy i scammed told me that the screenshot method wouldn't work due to ss alteration.

All the info you will give them, is the trial account's info. You show the real character, and give them the trial info. they can check if the change is right, and still not keeping your character

I don't get the scam, lol. Can you explain further? What's your suggestion to the scam? To create a trial account?

Edit: Oh, I think I get it now... But which character are you supposed to show? A trial char?

no, you show them a real character, one that you have control over (or even a guildie, just tell the guy in msn just to inspect, tell him not to do any whispers or party invites or anything like that)
then instead of giving the real account info, give him the trial info

Hmm... good method i must admit, and i think it will work. But i suppose you have to be lucky before the trial ends, and hope thier not the OO.

i usually make a trial on the spot, always using the same username+number (like Scammer13/14/15/etc.)
And in every scam if they are OO they can get the account back, so it's the same for all scams
