Well, as you can tell from the title, this is a guide on how to make a Fake Powerleveling site. It contains the required tools with links and all. Please note that this is not something that you just decide to do, you need to be prepared to spend some time on your website, so that it looks professional and legit. Everyone related in the creation of this (Exodus and I) are not responsible for the out come of this scam. This is a warning, you may be sued or anything of that sort for doing this, we hold no responsibility and you will be acting alone.

Now once your done making the url click on wamp server and open the www folder. Once in the www folder make a text document called Index.html, putting it as Index.html will insure that this is the homepage.
Now that you have your blank website, start to customize it, add stuff like, "Services we offer, Prices, Contact us," make it look professional. Just make sure if you copy that you change all of the information. Use colors and font sizes to make things noticed. Make it easy to read and DON'T FORGET TO SPELL CHECK, people don't like to think that they are dealing with a chinese gold farmers.
Now add the HTML script for the Boldchat, which you downloaded earlier. Add it to an appropriate place on the page, I suggest on a side column or on the top. You may also add anything else you want, a link to Paypal, although I don't suggest you add your Paypal because they could mess with it if they get pissed off enough that you took their account.
There are many ways to go about the scam, you can offer free Power leveling saying that you want to promote your site. You could also take it to another level and have them provide credit card information. It is all up to what you want to have, accounts, money ect. Don't get too greedy or else it will seem fishy, like saying, " We will give you free Powerleveling and 5k gold if you give us your Username, password, and security question."

Now that you have your website working and looking 1337, you will want to test everything, make sure that the Boldchat is running, go on a alt computer or have your friend try it. Make sure that the tabs and links are working, read over everything.
There are many ways to go about advertising. You could involve your friends and have them write bogus reviews on your website, and post them on different sites. You could also create many accounts on a website and have them all rave about your website.
Another way to go about advertising is to actually give out free power leveling or gold. You would give all of this out for a few days, and once people start telling everyone about the site, you slowly pick off accounts. Don't get greedy and start scamming all of the accounts that come in. Be selective on the accounts you scam, scam the ones that have the best items or have mains that are loaded. This way people will start fighting, some people will say that your website is that best thing in the world and its free and good, and others will say NO, its bad, they scam you. When you use this method, it will allow you to scam for a longer amount of time, since it will take a while before everyone is convinced.
Don't forget that at some point everyone will know that your website is fake and it will become obsolete. At this point you can remake your website under a different name and do it all over again. Or you can run with your money.

Yes you can use this guide to create a legit site. This guide explains how to create a site and carry out the scam. If you want to create a legit site then just dont follow the scam part and create it as instructed. Then you can add paypal links and stuff like that.
