I think I got the gist of it, When Nanotech makes your email if your info (he hasn't gotten to me yet so you got a little to wait), He hopefully finds there paypal email address or someone has find it, (then I guess) he sends it to you and you then send it off (with his guide in the beginning). They receive it thinking you paid them, they give you the gold and you have <insert number>g and saved <money for the gold> dollars. That close enough Nanotech?
