Hey, i was messing around and i found a new scam a while ago, and i decided it's time to share with you guys.

To start this scam off, you need a good amount of gold (1000+ preferrably).
What you do is say in trade/local/yell...

"I have 100000 (or another massive amount of gold of your choice) gold and i'm quitting WoW because i can't afford the monthly fee anymore. Whatever you send me will be refunded 10x its amount!"

People will of course be like "no way u scammer!" but a few people will send you small amounts of gold (like 1 gold or something). Refund their gold 10x for the small amounts and the people you refunded will most likely say in trade "omg i sent 1 gold and got 10g back! he's no scammer!". (the people you send the 10g back to will MOST LIKELY send the 10g or more back in hopes for 10x that) Then the gold starts to flow in.

Keep spamming that message in trade and if people ask where their gold is say "i have a lot of transactions and am going in ORDER of TRANSACTIONS so please be patient!"

People will tell their friends to send you gold and so on...

Alternate way is to instead of send 10x gold back for the first few people, get a few friends to spam in trade stuff like "omg i sent him 1 gold got 10g back!" or "OMG I SENT 1000 GOLD GOT 10000 GOLD BACK!!!!"

I've tried this a couple times and I've made about 2k gold from it so far. Don't use this scam too often or else people will get to know it.

Its actually a very old scam and been posted on these forums before, not sure if they still are but well done. Personally as a scammer the last thing you wanna do is draw attention.

But it would work very well if you had a scammed account to do it on.

this seems very nice! although if you use your main char you will get bad reputation (unless your Xfering out of the server/changing name). if you use a lvl 1 alt it might sound fishy (you can say: "I'm using a lvl 1 alt because i don't want people spamming my main until i leave)

Oh yeah i meant to say to do this on an alt called "bankpwn" or something like that with the word "bank" in it
