Un bannable scam! works! - 12-09-2007

ehh, im bored of being a leecher so ima start contributing.

what you need for this scam:

two accounts/two players
a lvl 60+
a lvl 1 with a small alteration in the name example main is nothorde alt is nuthorde.

start by finding someone who is looking for an enchanter/eng/lw etc. if they need something crafted tell them their mats. once they accept and come down to you to trade, have your alt hiding somewhere near so that they wont be seen. once they trade you and put up the mats, decline and say opps and quickly trade them on the alt. usually they wont see the change and they will give the alt the items. say wow thanks man and send it to your main or another character and log out and delete him. i have done this multiple times and it has never failed me

Great idea, although i wouldn't be so sure that it's unbannable. You will get a bad reputation on you realm, since i'm sure that guy will make a topic on forums or something blaming you.So i recommend doing that when you are about to transfer or something.

Very nice idea! Better way to do it to make same race alt ofc, and use letters like í instead of i and such.

No,I mean like...You whispered them with main first, right? So after you scam them they still know your main name, this means there is a chance that they'l make a topic on forums blaming you.

This is unbannable, if the 2 accounts are registered under different names. The person who gave the items to your alt gave the items to it without him knowing it is you. So in fact he is donating the items to a total stranger. If this was bannable receiving stuff from begging is too.

This is nice, +rep.

oh i get it.
so the person standing by acts like a total noob.
the main account says you tradet to wrong person
other account wont give it back and goes to a vendor to 'vendor' it.
then do a quick log in/out and say u got DC and you cant get the items back.

Good thinking, might take awhile to get it down perfect, but it's worth it seeing as it looks pretty safe to do.
