Yes there are mostly EU accounts on WoWTrade.org and mostly US accounts on Markeedragon.com

The guide was nice and easy to understand, and very clever. What I was wondering though, is wouldn't you end up logging in at the same time as the original owner at some point? or have that person contact Blizz and grab the account back?

No, No since the email are yours you will change the Password and only you will know it.
But ye, he can recover the account by giving Blizzard his ID, most likely not.

Very nice
But if you want the account right there and then, and its during the weekdays between business hours, you can just call blizzard and go to their account management line and talk to them, you'll have the account within minutes.

I got some questions.

"find up your lvl 10+ character that you have on your account, make it lvl 70," what do u mean? make a lvl 10+ and lvl it to lvl 70?

and,

When u talk with the victem, about acc info, should i give fake info about the acc then?

(Sorry im really noob to scam) i just wanna try it..
