What this scam will involve is to message a WoW Renting saying that you are willing to rent out your 'character' to them as long as they activate your account. Very simple.

1. Ok, first thing is to find a WoW renting service. Here's a couple that you could use, will add more later, shouldn't be too hard to find;

WoWPL - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

2. After you've gotten onto they're MSN/AIM account, simply start a conversation with them, here's how mine went, very basic.

mkalaski (10:22:45 PM): hi
mkalaski (10:23:16 PM): i want to rent you guys my accnt
wowpls (6:26:01 PM): ok
mkalaski (10:26:19 PM): it doesnt have game time
wowpls (6:26:18 PM): which class
mkalaski (10:26:24 PM): can you guys add a game card for me?
mkalaski (10:26:26 PM): hunter
wowpls (6:26:27 PM): US SERVER?
mkalaski (10:26:35 PM): Yes
mkalaski (10:26:39 PM): Rivendare
wowpls (6:26:38 PM): kk
wowpls (6:26:44 PM): we'll activate it
mkalaski (10:27:00 PM): ok
wowpls (6:28:06 PM): info>?
mkalaski (10:29:20 PM): username-******** password-********
wowpls (6:29:30 PM): server
mkalaski (10:29:41 PM): ?
wowpls (6:30:05 PM): wut's the server name
mkalaski (10:30:17 PM): Rivendare
wowpls (6:30:18 PM): k
mkalaski (10:32:56 PM): when will you guys start?
wowpls (6:33:13 PM): in a few hrs
mkalaski (10:33:49 PM): can u msg me when the account is active and you guys start, i just want to amke sure everything goes OK
wowpls (6:33:57 PM): ok

Make sure to ask for them to msg you after the account is activated/when they've started.


You'll probably get one of two responses most of the time
a) "OMG You got no 70s!!".
If you get this just ask extremely surprised and say that you probably got hacked.

OR you get

b) "Ok, your account is active and were gunna start, peace."
This is awsome. :P

Regardless of the two you get, simply change your password (or retrieve it if they changed it)

Voila! Free 30 days of play time.

lol... some advice.... dont bring up shit about activating the account... just say you want to rent it out.. they will have to put time on it if they want to rent it... duh... and their not totally stupid.. they catch on to shit like this in seconds now.. so just say you want to rent out your account not, it has no time, can u activate...

i tried this with WoWpl and after 2 days i got e-mail from Blizz that my payment has been closed for entereing false credit card info..

No, I did not use WoWPL, I used rentenalaccounts.com/


And to the guy who said lol you double posted, it was a known mistake and i have asked that the other thread be closed..
