[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
Ok well I've been using this scam for a while and I felt that it was about time the community knows about this scam. If you follow these instructions you will most likely have a legit account in your hands. This is a semi-compilation between a bunch of scams. You can lose money from this if you do it wrong so follow every step correctly.
What you need:
$25
WOW cd key and BC cd key
Last name on scammed account
Good people skills
Fake Alias
Wow account if you are trading instead of buying
OK once you have all these items, go to your WOW trading site either Markeedragon or the EU site idk what it is. Look for a pretty good character. Not super uber like t6 or S3 because these are sellers are either scammers or real bossy about how they conduct trade/sale. When you find the person, IM them. This is when your people skills come in, make it seem that you are legit as possible. Ask the questions, where they are from and so on. DO NOT MAKE PURCHASE SAME DAY. If you do the scam will not work as effectively, making them wait makes it seem as you are not as interested as they think you are. Then the main question that you have to ask is Do they know how to get a scammed account back. Make it discreet. " So ya your warrior is awesome, I'm looking forward to buying it because my account got hacked. Is there anyway I can get it back?" If they know how. Drop the sale make up an excuse because they will get their account back. If they say they don't know or give wrong answer keep going.
Ok after the first day get on aim/msn whatever. And message the guy. Before you start the trade get his last name. Make sure it matches with account info. Now take your cd keys and make an account under his last name. Tell him you want to do it like this:
1. He gives acc. name and password
2. You send money
3. You show him link, you don't
4. Use this format and change info where nescessary. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
5. Then when he recieves money he can change email and give sq/a. (This makes the seller seem like they have the upperhand. Once again people skills are nescesary.)
Now that you have account info put your credit card in and x-fer it to your newly made account. Take off your credit card. As soon as that is done tell him your going to bed/work/school depending on what time it is. If the guy doesn't know how to retrieve account back then free account for you. If not you lost $25 plus 2 cd keys. Edit : I've done this scam 5 times now. I'm four for five because I forgot to ask the guy if he knew how to retrieve account.
