When I signed up for paypal I used all fake info, you can use a cell phone if you want to get that part verified. I did NOT add any bank account. You use a Virtual Credit Card (Google something like "VCC For Paypal Verification") and you can find message boards with people selling them. If you buy one and put it on your paypal account, it lifts the spending limit from $0.00 to something like $1000.00

You can receive money. Then you find someone who will sell a VCC to you and you can pay them via Paypal after your spending Limit has been lifted.

@ Solera -- Yeah I do that sometimes, alot of my pictures that I take though, I just get rid of everything except for the AIM/MSN screen (So they know you took it then) and the thing that says the PCT chars.

Just a tip guys, if you have a person who's asking for in-game screens and such, get UCE. You can edit client side info all you want (Make it look as if you are 70 or have 7045g or whatever). You can even change your name with the right tools. Also remember model edits, such as taking starting gear and making it look like tire 5 gear, are your friend. GL guys!
