O kay this will make you tons of money.
Requiments
1. 70 account with all info
2. guts
3 a good ip hidder.
4 Sound of legitness.
Step one find somebody that wants to buy your char. Say that you dont have email access and last name. Tell them that they can test it out for a week. They will probally say yes. This is important. Ask for his picture of his id send him one u found on internet. Ask For his phone num and everything. Sound Really really legit. Tell him that if it gets messed up you have to pay for it, but sound vauge. (not that clear) Wait 3 days and message him and ask how is account running he will say fine. THe next day recover the pass. then a day later unless he messagers you and ask hows it going. Then say your going to report him to ir3.com or what ever the fbi site is, unless he pays you the full amount ofr gives you a new 70. Works all the time. +rep me please and flame on. and if you want to repost go ahead but ask for my permision . THANKS

I'm not too sure this would ever work, if that were me on the other end i would be smart enough to know the FBI doesn't waste their time in video games and would move on,
but hey thats just me. Also, be aware that this is real life money can result into some legal actions possibly.
