This scam is some kind of turtle mount scam modification but with much lower chance of getting banned. Sorry if it was posted before.
You will need normal account (chances for getting banned are low, i havent been suspeded even once), lv70 character is not required.
Basically, you offer people to trade your "TCG-code of spectral tiger or turtle mount", that you have received from friend(fake OFC) for timecard(or 2, althought you will get only 1). It would look like code-for-code trading. Not scamming.
This wont look very suspicious if you tell them that you really want to play WoW, but your gametime expires this evening and you are living in mongolia or ukraine(countries without paypal).
You should try to transfer your conversation to AIM as soon as possible.
If they would ask about your main, tell them it's on different server.
Now it's 50/50: either they will buy you timecard or they will demand tiger code in advance. In second case, ignore them and dont bother.
Some advices:
-Ask them, if they know online-shops that sell timecard codes(focusing their attention on something different than thinking about if they are getting scammed or not).
-If they would ask what are your guarantees, tell them: "Dude, i cant guarantee you anything but i think we should just trust each other, that's the only way to trade";Works like miracle
at least for me.
-If they will ask you to login on your main character tell them that your account just got frozen. You can also tell them the name of your "Main" character(search armory) so they would bother him, not you.
-Tell them to give you one timecard code in advance so you can "test" it if it's fake or not.
