Money frauds, any kind is one of the worst scams you can ever commit, and you can get a lot of years for it.

Uhm, no? You scam someones credit card, this is a very strict fraud. Frauds of any kind is almost the same penalty as a bank robbery, even worse.
Using an ID that is not you is... very illegal.

I know it's very illegal but I have done it couple of times, my friends too. They don't contact the police cause they buying porn. They usaly just obstruct (?) the card.
