Reimburse Scam

Well i searched for a while and couldnt find this exploit/scam anywhere so here goes ^^
Its quite simple scam and usually dosent work first time, i tried like 19 times on my mage *Wonder why they didnt get suspicous* and finally got my "The Maelstrom's Fury"+alot of my old gearusing the reimburse thing.. I told the gm that my account had been hacked *Wich it had, like a month ago, already gotten a reimburse back then =)*and that i wouldnt mind if they could give me my items back. He tells me to wait and such "bla. bla. bla." and voíla !
And BTW,had never had The Maelstrom's Fury before seeing as my guild is only downing SSC atm. furthest is hydross

P.S. OFC. It would be best if your pretty advanced in your guild. Ofc. it wont work if you havent even done KZ and you start saying " Oh i lost my The Maelstrom's Fury "

This won't work. If the GM can't prove that you didn't actually have the items then they won't give them back. I vendored all my items on my rogue and tried something similiar. My guild had cleared SSC and The Eye and I tried to tell them I had a few T5 Peices and they didn't have it. They escalated the ticket level to a Senior GM and he basically told me that they can confirm if you had an item or not and that I never had any T5 pieces (which as true) but i gave him the names of all the items i actually had and he restored all of them, except Riftmaker which I actually did have but he said he couldn't find it?

So bottom line - A normal GM won't give you gear back that he can't prove you didn't have, he may escalate your ticket to a senior GM as they can see deleted gear a lot further in the past then normal GM's can but Senior GM's aren't supid. Theres a reason why they are called Senior GM's, and they aren't going to give you gear back either unless they can prove you had it.

Not the GM's that check it, its the support team and a friend of mine who was a GM idd. dose say that they are rather slacky.. And it dose work.. Just not always =( As i wrote that i tried like 19 times

Blizzard is retarded. I tried to sell my account ,the chineese dude tried to scam me and do a charge back so i called blizz got my account restored to me, my gear got owned but i had liek 6k gold on my guy + tons of blues and stuff just filling my bags, i spent it all got my epic flyer and some other stuff then i opened a ticket asking blizzard to restore my gear, they gave me my 6k gold back. lol (all i had was crafted stuff on my guy so it worked out well for me)

no they arnt retarded, they chinese and sit infront a computer all day.............. and this wouldnt work cause they have an account comprise team to check for like a week to see if youv been hacked....
