I just tried this on Frostwolf-PVP server, on my lvl 60+ priest who didn't have his epic riding mount yet. (dont ask why)

so what I did was ticket a gm saying that I couldnt get on my epic mount because of my proficiency ( which i said was bought ) after a few minutes of casual talk on the subject he gave me the skill. you have to open up the mount trainers skill window before you ticket them.

HAVE FUN ON YOUR NEW MOUNT!

w00t I play on Frostwolf too, hopefully when my warrior gets to 60 this will work too.

Btw, what are the names of your characters on Frostwolf? I might have seen you around before

This does not work. I had an entire setup that went on for four or five GM tickets back in the Black Temple patch. I said I had purchased my flying epic mount skill(it was a lie.) After going back and fourth and getting a specialist in, they said they couldn't prove that I had purchased it. I also asked them to notice that my gold had gone from 5000 to 0. They said their services did not record amounts of gold.

thye not gona ban if u lie to a gm.... i did it so many times they just say " we cant find a record that u spent xxx gold " or w/e ur trying to pull off
so yea this wont work . maybe it willl work for lvl 40 mount ! but definetly not for an epic flyer....

They can and will ban you for lying to a gm if they can prove you are lying. Read the ToS bud.

get a warlock to summon u to the island in smv and do some daily quest when u dont have flying mout riding skill, but u have both usuall and epic in bag. then make a ticket say that u have lost your riding skill while questning. Did work on my rogue alt. epic riding skill for free ftw.

Also you can get easily banned for this, since most GMs aren't stupid enough to give stuff for free, if there's no prove in the logs/records that you've bought or had it. Very luck based, don't try.

no luck the GM said i had skill of 225, and when i said i had bought the skill, he said i hadnt spend any gold and he left after. ill hope tomorrow i get the skill xD some screenies would really help though

well ive gotten a few ppl that said it worked and ppl who said it hasn't, so i guess it is luck based.
