Most people are now aware of the upcoming engineer mounts, and many have looked up the mats for them, which includes 4x Elemental Seaforium Charge, the schematic of which is only purchasable by those revered with the Consortium. Not all engineers have the time or patience to grind the Consortium rep, so they will end up either buying the charges or buying the mats and having them crafted.
When you link the mats for a crafted item, it does not show how many of that item are made, so, simply advertise in trade that you are crafting the Charges, free with their mats, and do not tell them one set of mats makes 2 Charges.
