Being a girl myself I've used this multiple times and in multiple games. I will say this much pity works wonders. Got some of my best results telling them I was stuck in a dead end marriage with a jerk blah blah blah. I've gotten at least 3k gold, free high end enchants and a few epics. Nice posting this so guys can get their share of the fun as well.

You know what i once did ? It was brilliant :P.

I just made a Mage ( gnome ) and was busy leveling ... was level 4 till some guy on general chat said : Nos meld u !!!!!

It's dutch and means something like : Nos ( name ) report to me ... or something like that..

I just played with him , and said i was his friend " Nos ".

He partyed me and came ... i was totally shocked and saw a level 60 warrior with full epic set...

After a while of helping he started saying ; Get on ur main and lets do ***... cant remember what he said, lol.

I was like : Wait dude, just help me a couple of more levels .. blablaa

Then when i hit level 10...i asked money for a set + skills. So he gave me 1g...

me : Just 1 freaking g ? I'll pay ya back dude, just give me some more...

Then... he... gave... me.... 350g ... LOL ...

Thats a freaking fortune for a level 38 hunter as main XD.

Oh well.... scamming and hacking rocks

i never saw the article..and many people use it on other forums too..lol im not the first one to post it in any forums..it's not stolen and neither queuted or whatever... i used this scam so long ago ..about 10 months.. and it's still working so stop saying crap that i stole it..i didnt ><

HOW TO NOT FALL IN THE SCAM :
okay this is a quick "guide" i made:P
nothing special.. really..
this is a guide if someone says he's/she's a girl
1) always ask for them to get skype at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] so you can hear them (if they have mic)
2) ALWAYS tell them to show themself on the webcam
3) ask her/his friends if she's/he's a real girl
4) if you do find out it's a guy...destroy his pathetic reputation in the server! :P
or..if you find out it's a girl..let her scam you..and enjoy untill it last :P

ask for epic mount at low lvl... or do you need a high lvl sexy chick to do this .. or like start making a char and lvling it while geting free gear + items/gold

you can do in any level... even level 1 (you can say you just started playing, but i would'nt suggest doing so)if you got a level 60 and a level 50 or something, and if you get some epix from the pathetic guy who is being scammed,than you send the items to your level 60.

I had an experience with this once, I wasn't even trying to pretend. I was just being nice to this other rogue (who at the time was 30-something and I had my rogue at 60). I was offering advice and stuff, and he immediately assumed I was a girl. I never said otherwise, thinking I'd never hear from him again anyway, but then a couple days later he gave me: All the materials for the Stormshroud Set, Heartseeking Crossbow, a Blue BoE dagger with fiery enchant, and an Alcor's Sunrazor for free.

After some time, I took a break from WoW, and when I came back (months later), he was level 60, and inspected me in AV and asked where I got my Alcor's Sunrazor. I never did reply, didn't want to crush his dreams. :P
