This scam takes some guts and some really good lying abilities, along with knowing how to crack out an order from their site.

Tips:
*You can hunt out previous orders that you may know of
*Ask people if they've done it before and ask for their order ids (try making it close to as the current date as possible)
*A little terrorism fear on them helps

The following had a made up waited time, and a fake lawsuit-
and a 24 Countdown

[You]: 10 minutes left
[George]: We are working on your order now, and we will try our best to fulfill your order,could you check with our live help later?

It probably is real. They would know all this information in the form that he provided. The form asks you to give them all of the information. Such as user name, realm, faction and so on.
