Only with a custom email. You have to do the text in a photo-editting program.

Use paint or photoshop or some other photo editing program and add text to the picture yourself. If you have no clue how to do that I suggest using the photo provided in that thread.

Easily done with paint, add text, and select the second box down on the left toolbar.

I once saw a html of this pattern.. It was in some of the phishing-email scams.. Much easier than photo-editing..
