Would it work if you send the scammed item from your alt account to your main as a COD and a letter saying "Would you like to buy this BOE for cheap". Do you think blizz would fall for this?

Blizz can trace account aswell as characters, either, there gonna think your a complete and utter retard sending mail to yourself with a messages becuase you can't make contact with any one else, Or there gonna ban you.

I'd suggest just sticking with the AH method, i knwo your buying your own scammed item, but its less Risk involved and its easier to cover up
