Would it work if you send the scammed item from your alt account to your main as a COD and a letter saying "Would you like to buy this BOE for cheap". Do you think blizz would fall for this?

On EU servers scamming is considered pvp and allowed, my friend scams with is main, I scam with my alt and mail it to my main

However on US servers scamming isnt allowed.

Yup, scamming players on PvP(not PvE) servers is ok with blizz. But scamming blizz... is not.

But if you do scam with a char every time you log in there will be people yelling in LFG and trade that you are online to make sure you can't scam anyone.

I'm not sure, to me it sounds a like a short arsed answer to the whiners, but you could do it on different characters though, and it wouldn't be so noticable.
