For the second one just make a random email like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and give them the password. Then when they change it just log into that hotmail and change the e-mail on the account to yours. This scam still works.
This is an optional letter you can send, Props to insaneomato.

Your Account has passed the Account Validation Check, but we regret to inform you that
your account has been closed. The account has been identified as having partaken in

The recurring subscription on the account has been disabled to prevent further charges.
Please review the World of Warcraft Terms of Use at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], which you accepted
when you installed World of Warcraft and established the
account(s). Section 8, Paragraph A, details the trade of accounts, gold, or items.

The Time Period Should Be shorter, and then have a fourth letter saying your account is corrupt orsomething and u will not yet it back, and then change the password on it and keep it
well change the 6-8 weeks to 1-2, cuz it doesnt take that long,
If the person knows how long its gonna take, there not gonna fall for your scam in the first place. The idea behind 6-8 is to make sure the noob doesn't try to log in for a long time and he wont see his PW has been changed.

Anyone who knows how blizz's mail system works is not gonna fall for this either. Now please think before you post, so the admins don't ban you for being a absolute moron/flame nub.
THIS DOES WORK SO QUIT SAYING IT WON'T, YOU just need to find the right mark.
