Ive just tryed this but it went out cinda wrong , becouse the guy i was scamming tryed to "Retriew password " with the account name i changed with kaizou and it said "No existing account with that name" :P , so be sure to give him a account name that DO EXIST, like a friends account name or something.

No, just say "Ok, hide your account name on screenshots, and so will I, otherwise you or I could just say to Blizzard that's your account thanks to your mail, and scam the account =/ !"

He'll be like "ye k", the less you want to be scammed, the less you can see about him until he says everything about his account, and the more trust he'll have.
