OK, here is my idea. You use whatever scam you gotta use to get an account or just buy one. MAKE A LEVEL 1 ON WHOLE BUNCH OF REALMS (15-20 level 1's). Find a gold selling website that will buy gold from you.

Tricky part Get in touch with the gold sellers by e-mail, and convince the gold sellers that when they buy gold off of you it must be traded in the trade window within minutes of you getting a hold of them for the sale. Explain to them that this is in order for you both to stay out of trouble with blizzard. This would mean you would need direct contact with the gold sellers thru MSN, AIM, MiRc, w/e you hafto use. If you can do that the rest should be fairly simple.

Use the Improved Turtle mount scam to get as much gold as you can.
Use multiple accounts for best results combined with ventrilo and fellow scammers.

Do only 1 transaction each, on each realm.
Offload your huge ass amount of whispers to your friends in ventrilo and with a line like "Hello sir, my co-worker is flooded with whispers ATM, Is there a loot code you were interested in purchasing??." or something to that effect. Get everyone in ventrilo working on a few people at once (if you think you have a potential mark that is gonna actully buy something stall the other people that are interested) but only use 1 person to advertise in the trade channel.

Try to complete all the transactions at once. Do not all stand together for the trade, spread yourselves out in the city. Then put all of the scammed gold on one character and get a hold of your gold buyer company ASAP. They should have enough time to log a character on, go to a main city and get the gold from you because unless BB is your marks hearth it should take a few mins to fly there plus you can always tell the person you scammed "Oh i'm sorry i must have typed it wrong one moment please." or just stall him so he does not report you right away. Make sure they pick the gold up ASAP because it will only be a few hours at best before your accounts get banned for 72 hours or more.

Move on to the next realm and repeat.

Do not waste time on people who are just asking you questions.
Be direct, and efficient. If you find people are shouting "SCAMMER" or, "That looks like a scam to me" MOVE ON to a new realm.

If this works half as well as I think it should you can probably easily pay for the accounts/gamecards you bought and have some pocket change. If you think you are gonna get banned, or you've been doing it for 4 hours. LOG OFF, and get in touch with your gold sellers for payment ASAP.

I still dont know what payment methods would be best because of paypals retract feature.(If you have suggestions or ways around this please say so.)

If every thing goes right your accounts will get a 72 hour and the Farmers will get PERMA.

This is a tricky scam to pull off, as I haven't even done it my self. But I definitely think it is possible and if I do try it I will probably need help. I still need to do more research and think about it more. Props to the MMowneD! You've inspired me. LOL.

good point but its faster to switch between realms than wasting the time after your first scam making shitty level 1's. But you probably wouldn't even need every realm cuz you would get the ban b4 you got thru them all.

Ya it was a bit confusing but able to figure out, it was good.
So im seeing if i get this right, this is just the bones of it.
Get the gold buyer ready to recieve gold at your notice.
Use the new turtle mount scam to get gold.
Then trade the gold to the gold buyer before the person can try the code.
Then delete the toon and move onto another realm.

Is that the gist of it? If so it sounds kinda promising. Or you can mail the gold to a diffrent toon and that way you dont have to worry about getting the gold and toon long gone before the person scamed knows.

yea thats the short version, And Yea good idea. But i was more referring to the time from when the person reports you to the time your account gets banned when i was talking about the person realizing they were scammed. Stall them! Get your gold buyers OTW! hold off the ticket as long as possible.
