Look, when the site decides to persecute you, I sure as hell hope you find a $10,000 lawyer. If you go in there saying "Oh.. I was selling a picture" that freakin' judge is gonna laugh in your face and side with the persecuter. No judge is going to look at your technicality, if you think they will then you're a fool with no legal knowledge, and I pity the morons that actually try this.
