I found a russian free web hosting site and they say "This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control." so does that mean that if I am reported for stealing the wow account then they wont give information about me?

they will give the information to any legal representative , so you are not safe at all (it is best to not use any Russian host cause they will sell you out)

yes you can find it in Mongolia or Nigeria , just use Tor whit FireFox and it's security addons :P

as far as i can tell if you use every thing correct then yes there has been some scandals that TOR helps hackers and scammers to keep stay anonymous

man, that would be great! i have tor for a long time already, but i thought they even though can track me somehow.
i once had such a phishing site with much success, but because of some posts i deleted it.
