"Guess who!" scam

alrighty im not sure if this is posted but i thought of it last night.

well say you need a run of something like deadmines just /who 70 or whatever
find you victim and just say "guess who!" to them in whisper theyll be like "jimmy" or something like that and you say "guess again" and they should say another name like "fluffykins" you say "yeah whats up mate" after /who ing that name to check if there online they will start talking to you thinking your someone they know then just causually ask them for a deadmines run or what ever like " hey could you please run me through deadmines mate?" and if they say yes youve got a deadmines run

Oh and this should probobly be done on a lower level alt

well in a nutshell this is just pretending to be some randomb guys friend playing an alt and asking for a run of something. worked 3 out of 5 times for me i guess this could also be used to get gold. i didnt really write that well so tell me and i can rewrite

kind of a good idea, but in the middle of the run that REAL person could log on and he aggroes all the mobs, and do some sort of spell to make you get all agg (iceblock, bubble, feign death, etc.). plus i would rather lvl to 70 then get gear and get less exp then usual off this run. maybe good for making twinks...

It's a good idea, I've done something similar, but you need to be a damn good actor for this. It's very hard to find out how the person types if you don't know them, but it's often pretty easy to pass with typing at an average level (Skip capital letters, apostrophes, use 'u' instead of 'you' etc.) But the problem is when they start asking personal questions... One person I was "disguising" myself as was at a concert at the time, and when their friend asked me why I was back so early... Woops :S

I got away with saying "It was delayed another week" though 8)

i have tryed to twink, but whenever i did this ALONG time ago, the 60's kept rolling on the blues that i wanted for my rogue.

i actually got my blood elf palla to lvl 30 by doing this i only leveled to 8 and then the guy boosted me day after day to 30... Really nice trick mate, i wish i could give some repp but i dont know how
