I was thinking merciles looks like the tier 6 and gladiator looks like tier 5, now most of the ppl dont even bother to read the name of your gear. So if you have a warlock with gladiator or merc/ techincly couldnt you just sell it to some noob like tier 5/6 warlock.

just a thout dough dont flame

They would prolly want your armory, or want to see you in game, so they would prolly inspect.
Unless you got a really stupid person who just looks at screenshots, this is worthless. >.>

its just a thout, but i mean ppl who buy usualy dont know the name of the tier 6 so you could probably scam someone
