Ok, this is sort of a repost of stuff before but I will add some new strategy.
To successfully complete this guide you will need:
Paypal (with enough money to buy a 1-70 or 1-60 powerlevel)
2 Blank Account’s
A Friend (even better if he/she is from a different country)
Willing to get banned for a bit

Ok, let’s get started!

1.) Go to a powerleveling website. ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ECT.)

2.) Order a powerlevel like 1-70 or 1-60 for your blank account. Then find out how many days it will be. Make sure they offer a deal where if you get banned you get a free 1-70 level.

3.) If the number of days was say, 5. You would wait till the 3rd or 4th day to do the next step.

4.) Ask your friend to log onto your account that is being powerleveled after the hours the powerlevelers will be on it, and change the password. Get him to get you banned, like he can act like a bot, be vulgar or whatever he just needs to get it banned. Your friend hopefully from another country will have his IP tracked for getting it banned and they will think it has been scammed. Make sure you have played on it for a bit to and be the first one so they will think you got it scammed. Get your friend to play on it a bit after you to.

5.) Contact the powerlevling service through LiveChat at their site, and tell them how you suddenly got banned and you and them are the only people with the info. Once they check they will ask to give you a free level 1-70. Give them your other blank account. And let them level it. Then get a refund for your guy because he got banned and wasn’t completed.

6.) Email blizzard, Say some guy messaged you on MSN and sent you a picture. You accepted it and the next day your password was changed. You went camping for two days and didn’t care because you knew the sq/a and stuff so you didn’t recover it yet. So then you changed the password back. And it said you were banned. Ask to check the logs that logged on and they will find your friends IP and the powerlevelers. They will probably say ya you got scammed. And unban your account.

7.) Now you have two level 70’s. Use this guide wisely. By wisely I mean not more then once or twice because you will get caught trying this like 10 times.

Hmmm...in my opinion, this is what Blizzard will see:

An account being leveled from a probably Chinese IP.
The account is then logged in and NOT leveled by another IP.

My guess? They'll ban you, but then not lift it. They won't buy your story, since they'll see a Chinese IP was clearly on the account, and gained tons of levels on it very quickly.

It very well could, but if it doesn't, sucks to be you with all that time you wasted, not like they level 1-70 instantly, even if you're not doing the work.
