it wont get banned trust besides most of the times you wont have a chance to ban the original account

Hi!
So did any of you guys get banned for doing this, yet?
It sounds safe however.
I am about to buy an account on ebay but I want to make sure the seller doesn't change his mind and decides to get his account back. He can do so by sending Blizz his passport and calling them - they reset the password and everything.
So I want to use this scam to make sure he doesn't.
- Im gonna buy a new game with the expansion set
- I open a new account that has the same last name with this game (because then he can't tell them that its his account by sending them his ID)
- Im gonna let him change his email address to mine on his sold account
- Im gonna change all the info of the account to my info since I know the Q/A and everything
- Transfer the 70 to the new account (Ill make sure that this name already exists on the realm): so the char should have a different name on a different realm and the first name - not the last name however - of the account holder should be different from each other.

Correct? So should I get the old account banned, additionally?

this is not an account scam its a character scam but yes it is really good.

U dont have to buy new Wow and BC just steal it in some stores they keep the cd's inside the box. Simply open and remove cd-key and walk out like nothing

Me and my friends always use this way to get account.

Tip: Ppl living in sweden the store ONOFF keeps the cd's inside the box

you can do that once the character has been transfered

NOTE: the new account that you bought will get BANNED and the character will be REROLLED Back to the original account if the owner fills in the Paid Character Abuse form in the WoW Website . I have used alot of methods that are similar to this and eventually the hacked char that i got was rerolled back and my new account got banned. SO BEWARE. For speederXP , before you posted this , i hacked a T6 warrior with the same method , i tried speeder xp to get his account banned but blizzard didnt detect it, so it was unfortunate for me ;(. When the owner reports to Blizzard , they will check your IP ,if the new account that you transferred your char to has different IP than the original account, Blizzard will investigate further and ban. It normally takes about 1-2 weeks to get banned after reported. There is 50% chance gurantee that you may succeed though that is if the player thinks that once his char is transferred off , he cant get it back.

if you ban the account perma ban that is he cant get it back its to much trouble sometimes they get lucky dont get discouraged
