Well then consider this a learning experience...
Whenever you buy a WoW account without the physical package and all contents, and you are asking for trouble. The account could be permabanned with one phone call, one tell, or one angry real life friend being vindictive. Get everything you are supposed to have, and you can contact Blizz with all the proof it is yours, 100% legit and avoid all of that nonsense totally.

If, as the seller, you DID NOT send them everything...
Then as the seller you are the one in the wrong... and PayPal will get the buyer their money back, because selling without the physical package is not legit, and you would be ripping them off. Oh, and Blizz will be unhappy with you... and you lose. As you say... "GG"
