Copyright's (Phising email's and Websites)
1.1 Example
Phising website using the exactly same webpages as blizzard. NOT OK
Putting up a modified webpage. OK
Sending email with the same template as blizzards. NOT OK
Sending email with your template that looks like blizzards. OK

1.2 Solution
When making phising websites , or sending email, always make your own templates, Exclude the words that are copyrighted, instead use those that are not.
Some of the Un-Copyrighted names: World of Warcraft-WoW, World of War-Craft, Blizzard Entertainment - Blizzard E. ; Blizzard , Starcraft - Star-Craft, Warcraft - War-Craft...
Off course even if you use the blizzard copyrighted stuff there is very little possibility that you can get sued, and that blizzard even know's.
2.1 Example
Many people think that account stealing from other people is illegal. This is however not the case. There are 3 ways to steal an account, i will cover all 3.
2.2 Account Selling
The most common way to lose/get an account, is to make him give you the details before you send him any money. Account Selling is a worst offence than Account Stealing, Account Stealing actually is not an offence considering the most of the ways to lose an account is doing something illegal yourself. ACCOUNT YOU PLAY ON, AND OFF OF THE CHARACTER'S /ITEMS ON THEM ARE BLIZZARD PROPERTY , only you are paying so you can use them to play on it. Selling other people's property, and this includes big companies, is illegal and is a same offence as stealing.
2.3 Account Trading
Account trading is perhaps even bigger offence than account selling. You all know that blizzard has recently banned many traded accounts. But than still its the same thing as account selling. Trading other people's possession, and this includes company's, is illegal and is a same offence as stealing.
2.4 Hacking
One of the most popular way to directly hack an account is a keylogger. But this also includes direct hacking onto a computer and taking the accounts. This is law defer's from state to state, but if you ware smart enough to hack onto his computer than you are smart enough not to leave any trace's. HOWEVER THIS TYPE OF ACCOUNT SCAMMING IS NOT SUGGESTED so do it at your own risk.

Account Scamming is NOT illegal.
3.0 Other Themes
3.1 Hacks,cheats and macros
All hacks,cheats and macros, whilst not punishable by law, can be punishable by Blizzard by banning your account and whatever else is in their power.
3.2 WoW(MMO)Glider
Wow Glider is considered a hack/cheat/macro and same rules as 3.1 goes for it.
3.3 In-Game Scamming
The most usual In-Game scam would probably be the GM impersonation or other stuff like blizzard pretending in-game mail. Now threw while doing this you do not brake any law or copyright, therefor its not punishable legaly. You can, and probably will, get punished by blizzard in all whats in their power.
3.4 Power-Leveling
Powerleveling is a tricky subject, whilst it isn't punishable by law, it is very risky to buy unlike to sell it. When buying gold you better be careful because you can easily get scammed, never buy from a unknown provider. If you are selling have no woryes, you cannot be sued.
3.5 Gold selling
Now unlike power-leveling, gold selling IS punishable by law. As i was saying earlier the gold on your account (including the items and characters) are blizzards property, and selling it would be like stealing. Therefor it is punishable by law.
