Account Scamming Is Legal

Account scamming is legal and you cannot be legaly persued for it. The way to take an account is only if the person is selling and/or trading account's bouth of wich are illigal, a person cannot be charged for fraud while doing illigal trades. For anyone who plans to sue, this would be like you wanted to sell some POT/or trade it for LCD, now the dude who is suppoast to give you the money/ LCD hit's you over your head and takes your pot, now would you be able to sue him ?? NO

And also the accounts arent your's or your in possesion, ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNTS AND CHARACTERS ON THEM ARE BLIZZARD PROPERTY only you are payng so you can use them. Selling other peoples propery, and this includes company's, is illegal and is same as stealing.





Sticky please so people dont get affraid they can get sued for scamming.

Good post, this could be stickied but i would suggest adding a little more info... including using copyrighted images for phishing scams etc...
but so far so good, make up a whole legal guide and it could probably be stickied... here is a good faq from blizzard themselves on legal information:
