Got A lvl 70 Priest

Okay guys.. i got a lvl 70 priest, and hes pretty good. he was supposed to be for 400 dollars but i used the impresonation scam. Now, im trying to trade the account for something else, but if i trade it, is there any way i can go to juvie or something? Is this against the law in anyway and are there any reprocussions? btw im 15
What should i do?

ya, you scammed him... its like you stole $400 from him... if he wouldnt be selling it then it would be ok i think. Still, you stole someone's account and u are trying to sell it...

Here's how it goes: no US law is broken through account scamming unless money is involved. TECHNICALLY, impersonating Blizzard (the scam page and the e-mail phishing scam) MAY be considered illegal, but there's a 99.9999% chance you would never get prosecuted for it. Now, if you were to sell tons of accounts you've stolen for thousands of dollars each week, you may eventually find someone who reports it...the FBI will investigate it and you may actually be charged, go to trial, and possibly be incarcerated (at least a fine). The chances of this happening? Pretty damn low. But if you're making TONS of money off of it, you may be risking yourself. This is why I never involve any money in my scams, it just gets complicated. I just play the accounts I scam, or trade them (to play them).

yes you can go to jail for any type of theft but the fact that its online theft (very hard to for a cop to trace your steps but some of them are well trained) and its about a ****ing WoW account I dont think the police will give a shit and search around the world for you. Also if I where you id sell the priest for like $200-$300 and get the buyer to send it to your paypal account. Then just go onto your main and either keep your money or buy like 5k gold. Also do you think the victim will call the police to get his account back OR will he call blizzard my guess is that he calls blizzard and they tell them they cant do anything cause its his fault for trying to sell it and giving his personal information away so easly the police arnt going to get involved themselves for some kids ****ing account when they are probably like jumping threw roofs and stopping drug deals and catching killers lol.

Are you even allowed to sell accounts? I don't really know but I don't think so. Don't worry about it, just trade it for another account quick. He will report and they will probably find out your Main Account. Thats what they did to me and I got banned. Just trade it asap..

I got a lvl 70 mage BE
and a lvl 70 Hunter with a bunch of 60 on normal servers but anyhow how do I change the mail for these accounts the site gives me an error.

Theres how it goes also: For stealing account, it doesn't break any laws expect WoW rules (lol) wow Account has no mean as $ and thats not againts a law to steal something whats not mean $ actyally. But if you sell something whats not yours like stoled account, and the person where is stolen from get it somehow back and you have money from accounts new owner, he won't get something what for hes payed and he may ask money back or meet at corner? i don't know how it goes if the victim, hacker and buyer are not from same contry?
