Testing my old *Unbanning Accounts* Exploit... Need Banned accounts
A continue on my other thread that got deleted and not MOVED... /sadface

AFTER SEVERAL TESTS I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT EU ACCOUNTS CANNOT BE UNBANNED!!
