This is a scam, yes I know I can't post in the scams section so please forgive me, let me explain Bueno, is a VOIP, where you can get your own phone number, during a scam you can tell the person to call you with the number it supplies you, you can even pick your own area code, so say you got a paypal, with a different area code, go ahead and pick your own area code, and its works out good!

Of course you can get tracked down. How to get tracked down depends if the call goes through the companies servers or if it goes directly to the person you are talking with. If it goes through the servers only the company will be able to track you down, if it is directly the other person can trace you.

is it me or does Bueno not work for anyone else? ive tried calling my friends phones, and my home phone and cell phone alone and i cant get it to work it will say calling than show up end for a second or two than hang up?

You can call people they can call you on the phone number it gives you can pick different area codes, unlimted calling when they call you so give them your number and tell them to call you, plus USE INTERNET EXPLORER WHEN CALLING
