Welcome to the first installment of Beefies Human Manipulation collection! In this installment I will be explaining what Human Manipulation is and how it can actually be used.

So, What does Human Manipulation actually mean?

Human Manipulation can appear in many forms but all of them essentially have the same outcome. The act of Human Manipulation is to make another Human do something you want them to do by using a collection of Speech craft and Fake Information.

So what is the Theory and concept behind Human Manipulation?

Human Manipulation is where you take control of a person by using a combination of Lies, The Truth and Fakes. The theory and concept behind Human Manipulation is not actually one hole story, But a collection of them. In fact there is one for each type of Manipulation. For now I will mention the Theory's and concepts to the easiest three types to actually apply:

Reverse Physiology~ This is where you use speech to turn a person against there own idea using what they actually said. For Example : A child says "I want some sweets" and the Parent says " You can have some but I don't want any ". What the Prent just did was use reverse physiology. What the parent said will now make the child think / say " Actually, I don't want sweets ". The theory behind this is to do with how we all think. If we want something, We will ask for it. If we get a No, We will naturally argue. If we get a simple yes then we will be happy. If we get a yes but the person of authority says that they don't want any then we will review the situation and our brain will tell us that the authority doesn't want any, So we don't want any. Clearly, This only happens in people who are naturally submissive toward the Authority. In later guides I will be explaining how to actually tell if a person is Submissive or not.

Fact ~ This is where you use a fact / Picture or physical object to lead a conversation. For example, Someone messages you saying they want to buy your ROM account. Because they asked you, They are now in control of the conversation, This is where you do not want to be. So, How do me make you the leader? You reply with a message saying I wish to know more about yourself, Also, I want 100$ for my account. I will provide you with more information like a link to the characters page one I know more about you. Lets break this down and explain what you just did to take control of the situation :
First off, You asked the leader about them selfs, This on its own would probably not put you in the driving seat, but, Because you asked him such a important question first you become the leader. Also, You are now the one to ask questions so you are in control of your buyer. Secondly, You set the Price you want, This now makes the buyer attempt to barter, This makes you the leader as you are in control of pricing which is the primary part of the conversation. Lastly, By saying you request information about the buyer before you give him any actual details he is forced to be submissive by answering your first question. This also makes you the leader of the conversation.

If you are not following what I just said please reread the text, If you still don't understand I will release a guide breaking it down into much smaller parts.

Argumentative ~ This method is by far the most risky of them all, This is because if you go about it the wrong way you will become the submissive part of the conversation OR even worse the conversation will end. A example of been forced into the submissive position ( Based on the example above ) you have been replied to saying I have a higher rep then you so I want to know about the account first. Now if you were to say the following back you would undoubtedly be forced back into submission : I asked you first! What you just did was basically tell the person because you asked first they should answer first. This is the totally wrong thing to do, Any reply he sends will now be a argumentative point to do with his reputation that puts you in a position where you can not regain control of the situation. In the same respect, If you replied with anything offensive like Rep doesn't matter, This is a trade. You would have just lost your buyer, This is because you have just shown complete disregard for the Authority which is this persons reputation. Now, This is how you should reply : I agree, You do have a higher reputation than I do, But, I am risking my account been banned whereas you are risking a little bit of background information, Something which can not harm you. What you just did was show the buyer respect due to his reputation, But, You also argued the fact that your account is worth more value than a little bit of his background information. KEY FACT : Just because you give a person respect does not mean they automatically gain leadership of a conversation! You are now the leader of the conversation because you have shown that your request is far more important than his whilst still respecting his authority!

The 3 theories above are the 3 easiest ways in which Human manipulation is used. Hopefully you now understand how the three ways of Manipulation above are meant to work. This does not mean you now know how to take control of a conversation, But you should now know why using the three methods above gives you leadership.
