The Tagging Scam

I have already posted this guide once, but here is the new and improved version.

This guide is UNTESTED but I think it will work. This will teach you how to make lots of gold.

You will need:
Main account
Blank or crappy account ( May get banned. Probably not)
AIM


1.) Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and find a RECENT post from someone who just bought gold RECENTLY and make sure you write down from who or what company.

2.) Get his AIM by searching through posts he has made and contact him

3.) Say: Hello, my name is (Phony Name here) and I am an employee at (Company name he bought gold from). We recently sold you (w/e amount of gold here), am I correct? He will say yes then you say: We apologize for the inconvinience but we need to TAG the gold.

4.) He will say whats tagging? You then say: Tagging is a new process out company is using to reduce the chance of ban rate. To perform the TAG you must trade one of our company characters the gold, and we will trade it back. This eliminates the chance of your account being banned, or penilized.

5.) Log onto your Blank account and make a character named like ÜĂÜÜŤ. To make a character like this hold down alt on the right most side of your keyboard and punch in like 145. or 167. on the numbers on the right side of your keyboard. This will reduce chances of getting reported cuz he won’t know how to spell your name :P.

6.) Now, get the cash. Ignore him. Mail it.

Hmmm this is actually a good idea for a scam, but only that good if he did it in your server. So the chances are low. But still a good idea. I'll test it out.

They will surely ask for some type of confirmation that you are in fact the company?

Edit: owait, I could see it being plausible because you said the company's name and stuff.

It doesn't really have to be on your server as most of these gold sellers use level 1s to trade and such. It's a good idea but i think that you should change the method. it doesn't sound like it's going to change anything. perhaps something through the auction house, make the victim buy a few of your items.
