With iCall you can call to anyone in USA or Canada for free. No prices at all whatsoever. But, you can only talk in 5 minutes then you have to call up again. This could be used to scamming and such. You could call blizzard anonymously, you could impersonate blizzard and call someone that play WoW. It's great to use for scamming, but prank-calling is fun too, lmfao.
Just download the program and make an account and start calling.
It's not a repost, besides from some banned guy posted it a long time ago but that thread has no replies plus I found this on google myself.

Yeah, it's more innocent, and more funny, but no profit :P I called one lady and said that she had been bothering my family with calls over the last week, she almost started to cry. She said it wasn't her so I asked if she had ghosts in her house. Lol, crazy call.
