Heres my second contribution to MMowned. Don't know if this is a repost or not.
Anyways, lets get to the scam!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
You NEED a cdkey phisher program for this scam.
Look around Mmowned for one! +rep to whoever can refer me to one posted by an Mmowned member
Recently, I have seen a dozen of raf threads in MD(they have a section for it) where the person is willing to be recruited and have their own keys.
Many of them are one posters too!
Heres what you do to take away their keys.
Step One:
Go to Markeedragon, into the RAF section.
Step Two:
Find a victim and contact him on aim.
(This will really work well if you impersonate a repped person's AIM on MD, and use it to contact the person. Only works if they don't ask you to post in their thread)
Step Three:
Socialize! Talk to him about the raf, seem legit, be his best friend, etc.
Step Four:
Once you have his trust, you go in for the fish.
When he tells you that he will upgrade his account with keys, say stop!
Explain to him that there is a private program that duplicates working cdkeys. Use your social skills and make him believe you.
"I have used this for every raf I've been in, blah blah blah"
Step Five:
Send him your cdkey program via mediafire or some hosting site like that, so he knows it does not contain a virus.
Step Six:
Find someway to use his keys immediately. (Another raf, make a new account for scamming, etc)
Be PREPARED!
Step Seven:
Keep checking your email for those cdkeys. Once you have them, use it right away and block the guy.
AND THERE YOU HAVE IT! CDKEYS!!
I tested this on three different victims. Only worked once, but it shows the potential in this scam. |
