That means no asking for reputation without cause (ie. Pm'ing random people asking them to Rep you), what I did is allowed, i shared something and ask people to provide reputation for me sharing something.
I dont think you know what double posting is, its where you post twice in a row on the same thread.

So your friend made it huh? I know php, I can help him improve it. Is there a way I can talk to him so I can help him? . One thing he didnt do is hide his ip with the mailer, it shows the ip of the person sent, so ya, its kind of hard to do some types of mails. (Phishers )
