[NO QUESTIONS HERE] We do not condone scamming, this section is meant for people to read about scamming so they can prevent being scammed themselves.
Getting Permanent Accounts Unbanned (Ability to send in ID/FORM)
STEP 1: As all of you know, blizzard is looking for help to stop the "Email scammers" which some/most of them are us and other random people who do not use the site who think they're clever. Which apparently they are.. Blizzard has let down there guard once again and i've been saving this just for this moment. (INTRO)
STEP 2: They know emails are going around that trick foolish people (our terms) into giving them account info, either it be by Phisher, or amazing email format setup skills. Now, i'm sure you see where this is going, I've set up a decent format for the email you'll be sending blizzard.
STEP 3: When sending blizzard emails about getting your account hijacked / scammed -- you must seem useless, somewhat play sympathy as the royal card. You need to create the illusion that you are in dire need of the account, willing to go any lenghts. ie "What did I do wrong? I don't feel comfortable giving you information anymore, Last time I did.. My account was hacked and banned... please help me blizzard!"
STEP 4: Setting up the email obviously will NOT be hard, usually I fill out the form so they can get a basic know about 1) the account name / ownership things of that sort... also when they receive the email don't expect them to say we'll unban the account now, sorry for the misunderstanding!! It wont happen, this is to take the account out of Permanent ban.
CONCLUSION: If you paid attention to the post, you'll see all steps will lead you to sending the email, NOTE: Like i said in STEP 4 -- You will NOT be unbanned immedietly, you WILL have to send in ID/Form -- But hey!! It gives you the chance to be unbanned from a permanent ban state (Unable to send in ID/Form) Under any Circumstances. Remember, you need to play blizzard as if you're useless and in DIRE need of the account, again -- Play sympathy as the Royal CARD.
It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell/trade your personal World of Warcraft account. As you may or may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement of Blizzard Entertainment and World of Warcraft. If upon further investigation you are indeed attempting to obtain monetary profit against the terms of the user agreement, your account can and will be disabled. Blizzard has the right to consider legal action if necesarry, based on the severity of the action.
If you hope to avoid account suspension you should verify your personal possession of the account in question. We at Blizzard Entertainment take infractions of the user agreement quite seriously, and we must confirm the original ownership of the account. This is easily done by supplying your personal information about your account. You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account by replying to this email:
Please use the following template below to verify your account and information via email.

* Zip Code
* Phone number
* Location (United States / Europe)
* Email
* Account name

* Secret Question Answer
If you ignore this mail your account can and will be closed permanently due to suspicions of alternative ownership. We ask that during the time of the investigation you give approximately twenty-four hours of inactivity after sending a response email. This should provide enough time for Blizzard to confirm your identity and that the terms of agreement are being followed as is necessary.

You must meet the following criteria:
Must have access to the accounts registered email.
Must have the account name / name of the account holder.
The account must be LOCKED [not banned there's a difference].
Pretty much, they're looking for email scammers, they've warned ALL players now... this is practically the chance for the perm banned accounts to be put into play (ie: I got scammed by email, before your notice was posted) Sympathy is what blizzard cannot bypass -- I've gotten 7 accounts from perm to unlockable.
