Well, I recently got an e-mail from blizz, regarding changes to my account. then I thot "Z0mG th1s c0uld be @ 1337 sc@m" (OMG this could be a sweet template!)
So you will need:
A site that requires they put in ALL there info to retrive their account back. (Eg. Security question, first name, last name, old password, ETC.)
A mass mailer
Please tell me anything I could add/improve/change/remove/etc.
