This is just a theory: Say you have: A. some way to know whos getting powerleveled or B. a friend getting powerleveled.

Basicly my idea is if u know when and who is getting powerleveled when they are lvling you could whisper them all like. Hey mate wheres that 100g you said i could have. Or wheres that 100g you owe me. Sometime that insinuates the idea that they said they will pay you money. now they will probably say: I dont have it, Or Who are you. or feign afk. or say changed my mind. Wich point you say: WTF man =( you told me you had it last night and u were gonna give me it today. At this point they might be sweating thinking they will be exposed//Worried about a refund if ban. and will just give you it. If not im sure you can social engineer them. If they do you can have ur friend (if friend) say WTF i never said that !!! give me a refund or my 100g! or if its noone u know they will say it anyway.
This is just a theory BUT it will be tested soon.
Im sure it could be tried with sums higher. Goodluck and please share resources to find who gets powerleveling or hints tips.

I see where it could work, but how would they give the 100g to you if it's on a different character...
Oh, and to solve your problem to see if they're getting PL'd or not, google "WoW powerleveling report" and choose a site, then go through the list and choose a victim.
Most powerlevelers... I think... when i read their FAQ, say they will never whisper back to anyone at all. All they do is take note on it and then email you about it.
