The problem with scamming a chinese person is they recall within minetes, now for as long as i can remeber there has been no real solotion to keeping that money safely, However ive found a way to put that money in a safe place before mr.chin can recall it, and even if he does the money isnt there to recall.
How is this done.
Firstly, If gambling is illegal in ure country you cant do this, well actually you can because your not gambling but you need to visit a gambling website, a site i use which i wont name accept deposits from paypal, meaning if you have $200 on paypal it will go to this site and the site is a very respectable bookmaker, What this means is, you now have 200$ sitting on your account ready to transfer to your bank account, The only issuse is then when the Chinese person recalls there money you dont have it, meaning the account will get limited/locked/suspended however if you use a fake paypal and a proxy this wont mean a thing. Just fire up another paypal/msn and tell another Chinese guy you want to sell ure account, ive so far made 571$ using this in 1 night, all ready on its way to my bank account.
From when the money is in your account it takes around 30 seconds to deposit it to your bookmaker account, So unless the Chinese guy recalls instantly your golden.

Reputation: 88 Level up: 33%, 336 Points needed | | | | I've been working on something like this for a long time, however, googling for the paypal accepted casinos brings up several, and they work but they require you to enter your information and it has to match the paypal and they won't send it to any other name. Which, sucks cause the money does get recalled from the online casino, and your account goes negative there.
I thought of the brilliant idea to add it to an online casino, drop it on one hand of blackjack, and have a good shot at doubling my 200 bucks, which in theory means I earned 200 after recall.
I'd need pictures and proof, cause I've been working on this forever and I can't get it.

Simply becouse PayPal changed its policy and wanted to have nothing to do with gambleing but only with Ebay. Gamble websites have no right to use paypal as inner/outer moneytransfer anymore. But if you find any websites that DO accept paypal u can complain @ paypal about this and get them down in few days . if u are lucky paypal can give u a trused-title on your account  making you a trusted user, accually giving you a lot of +++ if you are about to recall money scamming goldsites, paypal would trust u more then the goldsite if you go in conflict.
PS. there are some BETTING websites that could be accepted by paypal but they will take % for every deposit if you cashout. Still better then beein scammed by chinese :P.
